Care Unlimited Health Service has IMMEDIATE OPENING for 8 or 12hours Shift Care, for day and Night shifts available for Pediatric NURSES (LVNs), in Moreno Valley and surrounding areas. Position open to start immediately!! Only accepting Serious Applicants please send your resume on indeed.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Knowledgeable on GTube feeding Vent and Trach care.
- Current California unrestricted license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- ABILITY TO ACCEPT CASES IMMEDIATELY. ONLY ACCEPTING SERIOUS APPLICANTS!!
- A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care facility Preferably
- Be in good physical and emotional condition, with the ability to properly care for your patient.
- Ability to work well with people, organize, follow MD orders, and document properly
- Current CPR card
- Automobile with current liability insurance.
- REPORTS TO
- Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and DON
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates quality-evidenced based nursing care to adult
- Reports any change in the condition of the patient, and or family situation to the Supervisor, immediately.
- Ability to initiate emergency protocols in response to patient situations.
- Performs duties as outlined in the plan of care with expertise and diligence.
- Knowledgeable with G-tube
- Will get Prepares, administers, and records medications per MD order, agency protocols.
- Adheres to agency standards of care, policies, and procedures.
- Must be culturally competent with high ethical behavior.
- REQUIRED LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS
- License as a Vocational nurse
- Hands-on CPR card
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
