Responsibilities:
- Personal Care including dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services;
- Giving basic emotional and psychological support to the patient and family;
- Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report;
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as dressing, using the toilet, or exercising;
- Promoting patient’s mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest;
- Ensure that nutritional needs of client are met in accordance with established care plan;
- Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner;
- Ensure the clients’ personal care needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness;
- Perform other related activities as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
- Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients;
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action;
- Must be able to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team;;
- License must be in good standing;
- Highly organized with attention to detail;
- Must project a positive attitude;
- Must be willing and able to learn;
- Ability to read and write and accurately report;
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
