• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility, including transferring and positioning, and provide assistance with exercises as prescribed.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration, under the direction of a healthcare professional.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Observe and report changes in client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
