Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in the Southern United States. Born from a small storefront in New Orleans’ Mid-City neighborhood, the group has grown to operate two brands with fourteen restaurants (and still growing!). Both Ruby Slipper Café and Ruby Sunshine put a Big Easy twist on Southern brunch classics. Still owned and operated by the founders, they serve all-day brunch and eye-opening cocktails seven days a week. We have positions with BOH and Host Bonus Pay!

Summary of Position:
- Capable of cooking and preparing all New Orleans cuisines with Ruby Slipper recipes scratch cooking!
- Able to follow Ruby Slipper Café Standards consistently,100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area
