NurseNow Staffing is looking for Home Health Nurses in the Hazelcrest/Oaklawn - Chicago areas for 13-week contracts with extension options

The areas of location are: Hazelcrest/Oaklawn - Chicago & Lombard/Chicago
We are working on a cutting-edge project to help patients with multiple health issues have support after discharge in a home health setting. Case Managers with experience seeing 5-7 patients per day needed!
Pay:
- $70/hr.
- 40 Guaranteed hours per week
- Mileage Reimbursement
Contract:
- 13 weeks with extension options
Shift:
- 8am to 4pm
- Up to 1 weekend rotation a month; with take back days if worked
*NurseNow is offering a referral bonus of $300.00 per referral, paid after only one month of employment*

- Active IL RN License
- Active BLS
- 1 recent year of Home Health experience required; 2 years preferred; recent experience also preferred
- Basic Infusion Skills
- Recent IV access experience
- Technically Savvy, Strong Computer and Phone Skills
- Strong EPIC experience preferred
- Reliable Transportation
- Active Driver's License
- Strong Communication Skills
