Full Job Description
HHA/PCT/ Transport Aide positions are available at Rockaway Care Center in Far Rockaway. Position will entail assissting residents to and from Medical appointments and dialysis centers.

Requirements:
- Some experience in Nursing Home or LTC facility preferred
- Valid photo ID
- NYS certified HHA/ PCT
- Physical & 1 PPD/X-Ray (Physical, 1 PPDs - dated less than 1yr old)
- MMRs (Lab Work, Titers)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
