Heavy Highway & Sitework Operators Job at Diamond Materials, LLC
Diamond Materials is seeking dependable, experienced and hard-working Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. Must have experience operating Loaders, Excavators, etc. We currently have no need for Forklift Operators
Requirements:
- Experience operating Heavy Construction Equipment
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to maintain detailed maintenance and safety records
- Knowledge of equipment safety, including maintenance and storage requirements
- Knowledge of road and site construction
- Must pass drug screenings
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Interact with construction general laborers and/or crew members who are facilitating alignment, movement, and adjustment of the equipment to complete conformation of grade specifications for the construction project
- Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required
- Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
- Advise Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repairs
- Communicate with supervisor to meet project goals and deadlines
