Heavy Equipment Operator
We are a small site utility/excavating company based in Paola, KS doing mostly residential (digging basements, all site utilities, septic systems, grading, building pads). We work mostly in Paola/Miami County area but also work in Linn and Johnson County/Kansas City area occasionally. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our company long term. We are licensed in Miami, Johnson, and Linn county. We have General Liability insurance and Work Comp insurance. We don't offer health insurance at this time.
We can be flexible when you have an appointment or things to do with your family. Families are important to us and we know if you have kids in school, there are activities you will want to go to, so in most cases we can work out time off for it.
We have a CAT 963 track loader, CAT 279 skid loader, Komatsu PC88 and PC300, so please don't apply if you can't run these machines.
Most work will be operating machines but must be willing to be a laborer when needed.
Pay is based on work experience and will increase as work is proven.

Requirements:
* Must have Reliable transportation and Valid drivers license.
* Dependable - show up to work on time and everyday scheduled.
* Work in a SAFE manner. Common sense around machinery and open ditches.
* Construction experience required.
* Pass drug test.
* Physically capable of lifting 50-60 lbs.
* CDL a plus but not required.
* OSHA 10 a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
