Healthcare Talent Recruitment Specialist - Summary

NorthKey Community Care is seeking a hybrid, full-time Healthcare Talent Recruitment Specialist to assist with the attracting, sourcing and recruiting of top talent with a focus on clinically licensed positions.

Healthcare Talent Recruitment Specialist – Responsibilities and Duties

· Propose, implement, and coordinate effective employee sourcing and recruitment strategies and initiatives to hire top talent, including drafting and posting recruitment advertisements for open positions on industry-specific job portals, proactively contacting potential job seekers, utilizing social networks, attending job fairs, connecting to local colleges/universities, etc.

· Generate and develop consistent candidate flow through various methods including referrals, social media, college recruitment, networking, text and phone recruiting, etc.

· Engage with supervisor, human resources, and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each job role, including job duties and expectations, qualifications, optimal candidates, etc., in order to attract and hire top talent.

· Manage the initial candidate screening process by assessing candidate qualifications through review of resumes, initial interviews, and other forms of communication.

· Communicate effectively with candidates and organizational staff throughout the interview and hiring process.

· Assist with employee retention by implementing practices that reduce turnover of newly hired employees.

· Track and report on sourcing and recruiting processes.

· Develop and maintain a full understanding of the behavioral health services provided by NorthKey and be able to educate and inform individuals regarding those services and the organization.

· Create, maintain, and expand personal and professional networks for the benefit of creating and maintaining a positive professional image of NorthKey.

· Enhance NorthKey’s reputation and brand by accepting ownership for facilitating a positive image of the organization across a variety of settings, both internally and externally.

· Represent NorthKey on various committees, boards, taskforces, etc. to make the presence of NorthKey known in a positive manner.

· Ensure compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Healthcare Talent Recruitment Specialist - Relation to Administration

· Adhere responsibly to all NorthKey policies and procedures.

· Adhere to confidentiality in all matters pertaining to candidate, employee, and client information.

· Maximize efficiency and effective use of time in maintaining accurate and punctual time reporting.

· Attend internal meetings relating to responsibilities and duties.

· Maintain a professional and business-like manner in dealing with all internal staff, Board members, state and governmental staff, and vendors of NorthKey.

· Represent NorthKey in a professionally appropriate manner.

Healthcare Talent Recruitment Specialist - Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or higher in the field of Talent Management, Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, Organizational Development, or other similar field is required.

· Relevant experience, knowledge, education, and/or expertise in recruiting top talent, preferably within the healthcare field.

· Must have thorough understanding of sourcing and recruitment methods and best practices, as well as applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Must have a high level of customer service skills.

· Self-motivated, self-directed, and ability to work independently.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
