GeBBS Consulting, a leader in Healthcare Technology solutions, has an immediate opening for a Learning Program Consultant to support one of its major healthcare partners. This is a remote role.

Position Description:

Under general supervision, the Learning Program Consultant (LPC) role is accountable for developing content deliverables for solutions that optimize adoption and performance outcomes. The LPC will contribute assigned components of solution development and delivery and provides support to WRS team members and management on learning projects. The LPC ensures the quality and maintenance of assigned learning programs, and communicates to the Manager regarding development and delivery of all services and projects/programs as well as the health of assigned learning programs.

What You’ll Get to Do:

· Create User Guides using Style Sheets within Microsoft Word.

· Create and update User Guides in Word and FrameMaker from scratch.

· Draft PowerPoint presentations, create eLearning modules, update Captivate files.

· Upload SCORM files to Learning Management System (LMS).

· Convert recorded sessions into Camtasia and upload into Learning Management System (LMS).

· Use Snagit to deidentify screen captures.

· Deliver virtual instructor-led training using WebEx or Microsoft Teams.

· Create Blended Instructor Led Training Solutions (BILTS).

· Support the consulting and business partnering processes by collecting customer needs.

· Support the setup and management of learning environments.

· Build content that aligns to the designed learning experiences as part of front-end analyses.

· Identify opportunities to leverage technology within learning programs.

· Execute specific change management-related tasks as assigned.

· Execute specific coaching and feedback-related tasks as assigned.

· Collaborate with WRS team to assure learning program content compliance and quality.

· Collect data and compile data for reporting in support of the impact evaluation process.

· Executes project management tasks as assigned by more senior LPCs.

· Gather content from knowledge sources to create components from Performance Support Plan.

· Collaborate with WRS team members to assure the compliance and quality of content within the Center of Excellence repository.

· Participate in knowledge sharing among WRS team to grow target skills and competencies.

You’ll Bring these Qualifications:

· 1-2 years’ experience working in human performance engineering (HPE) functions (Experience can be in traditional roles, such as instructional designer, technical writer, trainer, courseware engineer, change agent, performance consultant or a similar role).

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

· Prior experience working with Health Insurance or BCBS Plans.

· Prior exposure to Pegasystems.

· 1 year experience in project management.

· Knowledge and experience with data collection methods.

· Knowledge of quality assurance practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to execute project coordination tasks.

· Ability to create and maintain learning and performance support deliverables.

· Ability to set up and moderate various learning technologies; i.e., Web conferencing, collaboration tools LMS.

· Ability to plan, organize, and report on work to meet commitments.

· Ability to work in a matrixed team and drive engagement with other team members.

· Proficient use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to apply different learning delivery methods, i.e., facilitation, coaching & feedback.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives on track to achieve outcomes.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to use project management tools and methods.

· Ability to use learning and performance support authoring tools and methods.
