HCM Cloud Consultant Job at Intellibee
- Perform basic setups using the Setup and Maintenance task area (eligibility profiles, lookups, value sets, flexfields etc.)
- Understand the security and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts in Cloud HCM
- Effectively create and manage benefit plans and programs
- Administer rates and coverage, eligibility profiles, and life events.
- Roll out Open Enrollments
- Troubleshoot issues with enrollments, life-events processing, backing out and manually reprocessing life events etc.
- Run various benefits reports
- Build benefit groups, create appropriate benefits affiliations, and construct extracts to transmit data to plan carriers.
- Administer benefit year periods, plan types, and options.
