Part time handyman who can perform a variety of incidental maintenance tasks and inspections at 3 properties in the Mount Kisco/Chappaqua/Ossining area. Vehicle required to travel from property to property.
Provide updates to the property manager regarding issues that arise at the property.
Maintenance background recommended. Attractive schedule allows for great flexibility.
