Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Respond to customer questions via written platforms such as live chat and email.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns within predefined parameters.
- Troubleshoot with customers by the timely coordination of field input where required.
- Maintain files and report the monthly activity of inquiries.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous call center or live chat experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
- This includes Microsoft Office programs.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills including excellent spelling/grammar skills.
- Strong positive attitude toward customers and business.
