Guest Services PT Every other Weekend Job at Atlantic Shores
We are looking for a Part Time Guest Services Coordinator. This position is Part Time, Customer Service based and works with the Admissions Department.
Overview : The Guest Services Concierge team member provides the initial introduction to our facility. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm, focused, and patient disposition. Guest Services Concierge must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask. This position will work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), from 11:30am - 8pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Guest Services candidate will have exceptional customer services/sales experience. Some medical experience is preferred. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
· Maintain confidentiality/HIPPA at all times as it relates to resident information and business functions. Practice good judgment at all times.
- Maintain proper dress code in uniform.
