We are seeking result-driven Sales Associates for our fast-paced retail locations. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently help in meeting the store’s goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries/questions
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Actively seek out customers in our store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Handle returns of merchandise
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
Basic understanding of sales principles and outstanding customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Basic Math skills
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
Physical Requirements
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
Be able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist
Be able to freely access all areas of the store
Move quickly around store

If you are seeking an entry level management position, then a Shift Leader may be just what you are looking for! A Shift Leader is responsible for supervising the store operation and personnel in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager. The Shift Leader will ensure company policies and procedures are followed; while delivering a high level of customer service, store safety and appearance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure a quality buying experience for all customers
Make daily bank deposits by noon
Review end of day reports and assist in preparation of daily paperwork
Coach and direct employees to provide excellent customer service
Maintain an awareness of cleanliness both inside and outside of the store
Assist in ordering and receiving merchandise utilizing inventory ordering guidelines
Implement all company promotional initiatives
Maintaining cash and inventory control during all supervised shifts
Assist in Pricebook maintenance
Audit cashier paperwork for accuracy
Report all environment, maintenance issues and unusual occurrences to the proper authority as well as management personnel
Display superior customer service so our customers experience is enjoyable and exceptional.

- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
- Strong math skills
