The InterContinental Hotel Kansas City at the Plaza is currently looking for a PBX Operator to join our team.
The job duties for this position are as follows but are not limited to:
- Answer all inbound phone calls
- Direct calls to proper departments
- Make reservations
- Billing set-up/corrections
- Dispatch housekeeping and maintenance when requests are made by guests
- Answer hotel in house texting service when guests text the hotel for requests
- Keep your work area clean and organized at all times
- Treat all guests with 5-star guest service at all times

Requirements:
- Open availability required. Must be able to work weekends
