ELS is hiring for the position of Guest check in/Campground Ranger. Summer seasonal position May thru September. 3-5 days/wk. 20-24 hrs/wk. in Fall City, Washington.
Ranger
What you’ll do:
This is position serves as the first point of contact for guests.
Your job will include the following tasks:

Complete daily tasks as outlined by Ranger Supervisor and daily Ranger Checklists.

Curate guest check-in packets and important information.
-
Welcome guests and verify reservation information at check-in.
-
Make, extend, and cancel camping reservations.
-
Sell firewood using POS system.
-
Perform routine patrolling and daily site inspections.
-
Monitor the resort, identify and address any issues or areas of concern.
-
Ensure the security of the property and contact law enforcement if necessary.

Utilize quick and reasonable judgment.
-
Conduct golf cart and rental inspections.
-
Attend and participate in training sessions as requested.
-
Fill in when other departments need assistance.

Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
Skills & experience you need:
-
High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.

Excellent customer skills
-
1+ year of hospitality experience preferred.

Strong communications and organizational skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.
-
Proficiency with computers. Newbook reservation system a plus.
-
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Estimated Compensation: $15.75 - 18.00/hr
