Group Lead Social Worker Manager Job at DAVITA
The Group Lead Social Work Manager provides leadership and clinical resource to the social workers in an assigned specific Group. This role is responsible for Social Work Services initiatives and educational and quality assurance activities, including training, policy and procedures, and project or initiative coordination. The Group Lead Social Work Manager monitors and evaluates social work-related outcomes and process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- Licensed or registered as required in the state of practice
- MSW with 24 months of specialized renal experience
- Proficient at all MSW I, MSW II, and MSW III duties
- Schedule flexibility and ability to travel required
- Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook as well as proficiency with DaVita-specific applications
