Grounds Laborer - Mercy Magnuson Place Job at Mercy Housing Management Group
The Grounds Laborer will help provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to the residents of the Gardner House community, located next to the Mount Baker light rail station in Seattle, WA. This position will work in conjunction with maintenance staff to meet the grounds maintenance requirements of the property. This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Pay: $18.00-21.00/hour
Benefits:

- Early-close Fridays. Work to 2pm, paid to 5pm each Friday.

Duties:
- Sweeps and cleans parking lot on daily basis.
- Weeds and waters flowers and shrubbery as needed (seasonal).
- Picks up trash from grounds daily.
- Uses hose to clean front entry walks.
- Mows lawns and trims shrubbery on a regular basis.
