GROUNDS Job at Gillespie Property Management
Grounds and Common Area Maintenance position will be at our West Lansing apartment community.
The position responsibilities require but are not limited to:
- Completes basic service tasks
- Pulling weeds, laying mulch, trimming trees and shrubs
- Interior/exterior light checks
- Performs grounds maintenance including picking up trash, cleaning hallways and pressure washing
- Coordinates activities daily with maintenance supervisor
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
This position is responsible for performing necessary maintenance duties and implementing preventive maintenance procedures. Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner.
