We are hiring merchandisers to service assigned Grocery stores while training to become an Account Manager. If you have an outgoing personality, hard work ethic, the ability to sell, and want to advance into a Sales Career, this is the job for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service the assigned Grocery stores on route
- Stock, merchandise, rotate, and reface product.
- Minimize product out-of-stocks in all accounts.
- Verify pricing on products at the account level during account visits.
- Oversee and monitor POS/POCM in accounts and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Maintain and grow distribution in all accounts and increase shelf space for all KW brands and packages.
- Documentation of all competitive activity and send electronically to Team Leader.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
