Skier’s Choice, Inc. is looking for an experienced Hole Cutter/Grinder to join their team.
Job Description
Grinds overflow of lamination from decks and parts providing a smooth and consistent edge; cuts or drills pre-set holes and openings in decks and parts by performing the following:
- Operates 5 inch and 7 inch pneumatic grinders, drills, and/or saws weighing from 2 pounds to 10 pounds requiring constant attention and sustained focus
- Climbs over and under decks to access areas requiring grinding, drilling, sawing, etc. with the decks being up to 4 feet off the floor
- Lifts, carries and places jigs weighing up to 50 pounds
- Moves decks or parts on dollies in and out of spray booth
- Performs job duties in a constant bent at the waist position of varying degrees
- Maintains responsibilities for reading build books and identifying options and standards
- Cutting and grinding decks, hulls, and or small parts
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Requires constant walking and standing with frequent bending and stooping.
- Must be able to wear supplied air respirator
- Must exercise continuous and sustained mental and visual concentration
