Description of the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our quickly growing team of e-commerce experts in our product photography department. You will be responsible for the production of eye-catching, modern and on-brand work for various brands utilizing fresh photography created in-house. This is a fun, fast-paced, exciting studio that is sure to offer new challenges and opportunities.

Our office is located in Northwest Aurora. This is an in-person position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to understand and execute on assignments.
  • Design Amazon listing graphics, A+ and storefront layouts.
  • Collaborate with clients to create unique brand design guidelines.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all projects.
  • Design eye catching and on-brand internal sales and marketing documents.
  • Requesting feedback and revising projects as necessary.
  • Ensuring client assets are completed and delivered on schedule.
  • Generating ideas to portray concepts and promote products.
  • Collaborating with the creative team and the sharing of ideas.
  • Meet with clients to develop a design plan for their e-commerce assets.
  • Stay on top of design trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of graphic design experience or education
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
  • Demonstrated fundamental understanding of typography and layout
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent eye for trends and the ability to produce modern creative work
  • Ability to be self-motivated with attention to detail
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience in e-commerce design
  • Familiarity or experience with motion graphics
  • Familiarity or experience with photo editing
  • Familiarity or experience with 3D design

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience

You are also eligible for an end-of-year performance bonus up to 10% of your salary based on your performance and the companies’ performance.

You will receive a minimum of one compensation review per 12 months.

This is a salaried remote position at 40 hours per week.

You will be eligible for employer-provided health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days

Nectar provides a 401k plan with an employer match component after 90 days.

Nectar provides 15 days of prorated PTO in your first year after your 90th day of employment; 15 full days of PTO in your first full year; and 20 days of PTO in your second full year of employment.

Nectar is closed for 8 days per year, which includes 7 Federal holidays and Black Friday. We also offer 2 flex holidays that can be used for Presidents Day, Juneteenth, or Columbus Day.

Nectar provides each team member with a $200 annual office stipend after 90 days of employment

Nectar provides summer Fridays (sign off at 2:30 p.m. local time) between Memorial Day and Labor Day)
