We’re looking to hire a graphic designer to balance our creative team's workload. The ideal candidate:

• Is a self-starter
• Is detail-oriented
• Uses strong communication skills (communicate estimated time for tasks, when they need assistance, and thought process on designs)
• Has good time management skills
• Can work independently, does not need to be micro-managed, and can be resourceful

Qualifications + Additional Requirements:

- A Degree in Graphic Design is required

- Minimum of 2+ years of graphic design job experience required, in print + digital creation

- Portfolio with a variety of graphic design work from print to digital examples (personal, professional, and/or course-related)

- Proficient in Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Acrobat

- Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)

- Experience with video + animation is a plus - After Effects and Premier

- Experience with social media management + social content creation for clients (must provide examples of client work)

- Experience and knowledge in marketing, specifically inbound marketing, is a plus

- Maintain an ever-current awareness and interest in new creative tools, techniques, and trends

- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail

- Has a clear, demonstrated understanding of balance, composition, what makes a great layout, proper execution of typography styles and hierarchy, color theory, white space, and an ability to execute great work within these standards

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Will be working with and reporting to the Creative Art Director
• Work on a variety of client projects within the following industries:
• Natural health and wellness
• Food and beverage
• Technology

• Projects include website/landing page design, logo/branding, event marketing assets, and promotional graphics
• Social media content strategy, creation, and management
• Photo editing
• Website content additions (adding photos/videos on a regular basis to websites)
• Ability to match an established brand to make monthly recurring social graphics

Job Details:

• Full-time, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM CST. Our office is located in Sauk Rapids, MN but we are open to remote applicants
• Available benefits: Paid time off, Simple IRA with company matching, and direct deposit
