Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is currently seeking a Global SIOP Analyst. This role can be based in one of the following locations: Highland, IL; Syracuse, NY; Beachwood, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Sherman, TX or Roanoke, VA.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $88499.97 - $129799.96 a year.

What you’ll do:
Position Overview:
The primary function of this role will be to develop new and more complete data sets to support SIOP and Materials Management maturation that will be leveraged globally across the GEIS organization.
This Role will Support the GEIS SIOP and Material Management Global Team by working with team members and cross functionally with SIOP participants, supply chain, operations, digitization leader and IT.
In this role, you'll:
- Generate automated SIOP BI metrics.
- Demand waterfall, fill chart, forecast accuracy and bias metrics
- Supply pipeline (later confirmations in Kinaxis), RCCP, and supply, demand, and inventory data sets
- Inventory walk data
- Work with Pune-based resources to maintain existing reports and migrate to Cloudera-based BI solutions
- Train global partners on SIOP, Materials, and digital tools to drive actions toward better decision-making
- Develop auditing mechanisms to measure compliance to policies
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting SIOP functions (Sales, Inventory, Operations, Planning) for a manufacturing organization.
- MRP experience
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of one of the locations provided in the job description to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, business, accounting, engineering or computer science from an accredited institution
- SAP Experience
- Data analytics background utilizing Excel and Power BI
