Job duties and responsibilities:
· Process bills and invoices
· Set up fines and deductions
· Accounts payable and receivable
· Communicate with customers and drivers
· Reducing delinquency through timely resolution of outstanding receivable issues
· Process commission payments and paying company drivers
· Data entry
Qualifications:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Multi-tasking and organizational skills
· Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to problem solve
· Strong attention to detail
· A competitive and career oriented mindset
· Ability to provide excellent service to our customers
· Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required
· Associates’ Degree in a business related field preferred, but not required
· Current students that can work full time are encouraged to apply!
