Qualified applicant must have a minimum of a high school diploma or a GED.
Maintenance positions require general maintenance knowledge. No technical certifications or licenses are required, but either would be beneficial. Applicant will need to be able to lift 50 lbs. and work out in the elements without regard. General framing, woodworking, plumbing, electrical, and/or equipment operation experience is preferred.
This is a 12-month position.
