Job Summary:
- This candidate must possess experience in packing and handling material based on customer requirements and needs for outbound shipments.
- Packaging material range from cardboard boxes, pallets, and oversized wooden crates.
- Daily activities include creating shipping documents based on customer orders using our ERP system
- Verifying part numbers, serial numbers and customer information .
- Wrapping & boxing finished good parts according to required specifications.
- Must be able to stand for full shift. and walk the shop floor for full shift (9-10hrs)
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 30lbs (anything 40+ requires a 2-person team)
- High School diploma/ GED with 4-5 years related experience; or Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of related experience
- English speaking required, Bilingual (Spanish) is beneficial
- MS Outlook and Excel
- Basic Email etiquette/ Professionalism, preferred
- Dependable. Attendance is important to the manager
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently
- Results driven
- Willingness to learn and not afraid to ask questions
