Must be able to fix toilets, sinks,
Complete small paint jobs,
Change light bulbs,
Clean /change vents for the AC units,
Clean the pool,
Must pick up garbage
Be able to maintain a clean facility.
Must be presentable
Must be respectful of the guest and other staff members
Detail oriented
Be able to complete daily assigned tasks
