Full Job Description
Scope:
Responsible for analyzing the night audit work; checking for completeness and preparing the daily sales journals and reports; and researching and resolving all discrepancies. Also involves extensive familiarity with front office system and point of sales systems as well as cashier training.
Maintains the hotel’s funds to ensure that funds are of adequate amount, kept safely and are accounted for properly.
Responding to guest inquiries and verification of charges as needed.
maintain all vendor accounts assigned, to include transaction entry, production of weekly payable checks and reconciliation of account statements.
