Job Title: Garage Door Installer and Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Garage Door Installer and Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing garage doors and garage door openers. They will provide customers with product information, exceptional customer service, and fill out paperwork accurately. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, and get things done correctly.
Responsibilities:
Install new garage doors and garage door openers
Diagnose, service, and repair garage doors and garage door openers
Provide customers with accurate product information and exceptional customer service
Fill out paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained
Work productively without supervision
Use own tools for installation and repairs
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience with garage doors and garage door openers
Exceptional customer communication skills
Good driving record
Must have own tools
Ability to be organized and productive without supervision
Motivated to learn and excel as a team player
Pay and Benefits:
The pay for this position is based on a piece rate system, where the amount paid is determined by the amount of work completed. The exact rate will depend on the candidate's level of experience.
