Driver and Installation Associate
Quadra Furniture and Spaces is a rapidly growing high-end home staging and designer furniture rental company. We believe furniture is more than something you sit on, work at, or rest on. We are looking for Delivery and Installation Associates to work out of our Secaucus rental furniture warehouse to join our growing team of furniture professionals.
Driver and Installation Associate Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate a 26Ft box truck in NYC
- Deliver and place furniture, artwork, electronics at the direction of Field Team Leaders and Designers
- Retrieval, wrapping and packing of furniture and accessories from client locations
- Installation/hanging of artwork, mirrors, curtain rods
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Handle all furniture, electronics, and décor items according to company policies
- Lift and move products weighting 50 pounds or more
- Learn Quadra’s inventory, warehouse, and quality control processes
- Able to use tools to assemble furniture
Delivery and Installation Associate Qualifications and Skills:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- A team player attitude, also capable of working independently
- Barcode and/or Asset Management software knowledge a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive 26’ truck and/or cargo van with a valid drivers license
- Furniture moving experience a plus
