We are looking for an energetic, friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Seller to join our team. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, maintaining electronic communication channels, and helping with cleaning and administrative duties in the salon. The Front Desk Receptionist is also responsible for managing multiple tasks at once, delegating work to team members, and helping with the daily flow of information between within the salon. The long-term goal of this posting is to transition into a Front Desk Lead position.
Pay starts at $13 an hour with generous commissions on products and packages sold.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide information about the company's policies and procedures.
- Answer questions about services provided.
- Schedule appointments.
- Field incoming telephone calls.
- Calculate charges to clients' accounts.
- Earn commission by selling Waxxpacks.
- Communicate with clients, wax specialists and management.
The current availability we are offering would likely work a schedule similar to:
Friday 8a-4p
Saturday 9a-6p
Sunday 10a-5p
Monday 8a-4p
Tuesday - Thursday Off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
