Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operational responsibilities carried out for both opening and closing procedures.
- Ability to build the business and drive sales
- Delegate tasks effectively
- Demonstrate strong leadership ability
- Maintain standards of operation for total store including Visual Presentation, Human Resources, Shortage Control.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are upheld throughout the entire store.
