Full Time Administrative Assistant Job at Action Storefronts, Inc.
West Islip Construction Company looking for a responsible, reliable, detail-oriented team player for a full-time, Administrative Assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering phones and helping customers with all questions and concerns. Preparing and setting up new jobs in the accounting system and creating folders for project managers and the accounting department. Entering cash receipts into the accounting system and making copies of daily deposits. Handling FedEx & UPS incoming and outgoing. Filling, faxing, data entry, making copies, and general office tasks. Assisting all office staff in day-to-day administrative duties and additional miscellaneous duties.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 1-year related experience in an office environment and experience working with a computer system, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook programs a must. High School or GED required.
Other qualification:
Must have a pleasant demeanor over the phone, in written communication, and in person. Must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Must be a team player and open to learning and helping co-workers and clients. Must be able to work independently and as a team. Must be able to solve problems independently.

Salary: $19.50- $20.00 Hourly
