Barton Springs Mill is a family-owned artisan flour mill, specializing in Texas-grown organic grains.
Hours: Flexible 20 hours per week onsite at the mill.
Benefits: Forty hours paid time off per year, plus national holidays. Opportunities for additional paid work hours exist on a voluntary basis at certain times of the year. Free access to all milled products for personal use.
Job description:
The individual in this position will report to the retail department. Duties include bagging milled products, assisting with order fulfillment and shipping when necessary, and other duties as assigned. This position is not customer-facing.
You are a good match for this position if you:
· can take direction
· can transition between warehouse and retail work in a fast-paced environment
· can strictly adhere to provided food-safety protocols
· have reliable transportation to the mill in Dripping Springs
· can stand for long periods, and
· can lift 50 pounds or more
You are an even better match for this position if you have experience with Shopify and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
