FROSCH - Group Hotel Sourcing Manager (FULLY REMOTE) Job at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
Job Responsibilities
- Consult with client to qualify sourcing requirements based on initial requests and Source destinations and hotel/venue options based on client requirements
- Negotiate hotel contracts including rates, contract terms and concessions on client's behalf
- Present hotel options and review terms and conditions of contracts with client for approval
- Source and contract ground transportation
- Serve as the liaison between client and vendors to manage accuracy and adherence to contract terms, payments, room list, manifests and reporting from contracting through final billing
- Track, manage and report status of work in progress and contracted services
- Collaborate internally with sales, account management and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of services
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Previous group travel, event management or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with Cvent sourcing platform, required
- Sabre and GDS experience, required
- Knowledge base of destinations and hotels to consult with client on options and selections
- Hotel contracting experience with knowledge of contract clauses, ability to identify and negotiate nuances and finalize contracts
- Ability to collaborate with many personalities
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be efficient in Excel
