Characteristics of a FOH Team Member:
- Exhibits CARE 4 (Eye Contact, Smile, Friendly Tone, Use a My Pleasure approach) at all times
- Treats all employees and guests with honor, dignity and respect
- Has a guest-oriented mentality where serving the guests takes priority over all other duties
- Is a self-motivated worker who is mentally competitive
- Practices efficient cash management

FOH Team Member Responsibilities:
- Complete online training modules (Pathway) and stay up to date with online certifications and re-certifications
- Maintain a clean work area that abides by all Chick-fil-A and Health Department Standards
- Consistently deliver 2nd Mile Service to all guests
- Continuously strive to work quickly while delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiently and accurately take and fulfill guests’ orders in the Drive-Thru and on the Front Counter
- Physical demands:
- Ability to work outside for upwards of four hours at a time while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Part-time pay is $10 per hour.
Full-time pay is $12 per hour.
