Milton's Black Mountain is an extension of Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails in Alpharetta, GA location and is nestled in The Monte Vista Hotel. Our Chef has prepared a menu that introduces contemporary Southern flavors to our guests. What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, coordinating with the housekeeping department and ensuring all guest interactions are to property standards. Duties include:
  • Answering phones for hotel/restaurant and responding accordingly to guests' needs.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable, offering beverages, assisting with luggage as needed.
  • Monitoring continental breakfast and replenishing as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests, inspecting rooms for quality control.
  • Works with Events Manager, Restaurant Manager, and General Manager to execute any event, dining reservation, or other duties specifically related to the department.
  • Assist Front Office team with any inventory for continental breakfast and housekeeping.
