CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Greeting each and every guest as they enter and exit the River House at Odette's building with a focus on maintaining Refined Hospitalities standards.

Answer all phones and transferring calls to the appropriate hotel department when necessary.

Communicate effectively to address all guest's questions in a pleasant manner.

Actively listening to guest complaints, identify the concerns while finding a solution.

Provide excellent customer service to our guests.

Communicate with guest addressing their needs while working the front desk.

Understand the selective need to escalate to management guests needs that you cannot address effectively.

Work as an active member of our River House at Odette's team to foster a high level of professionalism and satisfaction for the guests and team members.

Complete all required training in a prompt manner as assigned by management

Maintain a clean area at the front desk and lobby area.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Hospitality experience desired

Quality customer service skills

Prior experience as a Supervisor

Ability to work a F/T schedule, with open availabilty, as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
