POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for the management of all front-desk operations.

Salary based on experience: $46,000 - $51,000

Effective immediately, all new hires must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date. Limited exemption may be considered for verified medical and religious reasons only.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for the operations of all front-desk staff (Administrative Assistants – BHC)
  • Management Oversight Of:
  • Process payments through Square and EHR.
  • Check eligibility through the EHR and direct access to payer portals.
  • Assist with daily administration of BHCs.
  • Direct contact with clients to help complete payment and contractual forms.
  • Data entry, filing and support duties as required.
  • Interact with clients, staff, and guests in a humanistic, person-centered, gender-informed, and trauma-informed manner.
  • Attend program staff meeting.
  • Periodic supervision meetings of staff.
  • Develop new processes to streamline front-desk responsibilities.
  • Ensure that all appointments are scheduled when requested.
  • Monitor no-shows and report on capacity development to fill all open slots.
  • Scheduling of staff to ensure coverage is appropriate for volume at each BHC.
  • Hiring and interviewing.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year related experience.
  • Ability to work directly with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to complete clear and presentable documentation.
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others as a team.
  • Flexibility required as may be required to work at one of three sites located in Willimantic, Danielson, and Storrs.
