West Michigan Roofing and Construction is one of the fastest growing home exterior construction companies in the state of Michigan. We are a family owned business headquartered in Spring Lake for over 100 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic, strategic thinking person to join our team and grow with us.
We are currently looking for an in house Customer Communication Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to be the "Voice" of our company by setting appointments for our services with potential clients who call, email, and text service requests. This person would be working closely with the accounting department to assist with the entry of information into QuickBooks and our CRM system.
Requirements
- Strong Verbal/Written communication skills with a commitment to serve the client.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working with a Customer Resource Management software.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving mentality.
- The ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to a sometimes fast paced environment.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suites and Google Products.
- Establish and maintain project files and records.
- Maintain accurate appointment schedules.
- Marketing experience and desire to create content a plus.
- Communication with sales/production teams.
- Quick Books desktop experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and exhibit a cheerful attitude at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
