Regal Professional Services is currently hiring a front desk receptionist (In-Person Only) for a fast-paced company located in North Richland Hills, Texas that assists cities, counties, and management districts with the creation and administration of their special districts. We operate out of three offices located in North Richland Hills, Houston, and Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate communications including answering calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with customers
  • Receive and sort daily mail, and assist with general administrative tasks
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism with staff and clients
  • Answer and route client calls, and greet clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Assist with general office organization and maintenance
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex filing systems
  • Prioritize and attend to multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Take direction from multiple sources, work independently and as a team, and clearly communicate findings and follow through with project completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed
