Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks to assist with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and redirect them appropriately
- Process mail and packages
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks to assist with various administrative tasks
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
