Do you have stellar customer service skills but maybe no dental experience? Not a problem, we are looking for the right candidate and willing to train. Our priority is finding someone who will take great care of our patients and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
We are an established, fee for service practice that puts patients first. Your front office responsibilities will include handling the flow of the patients in office, treatment plan presentations, understanding dental insurance and dental procedures, insurance verification, scheduling, confirming appointments, and more. Must be professional and positive every day, be familiar with dental procedures, be able to multi-task, prioritize, work well with our patients and team.
This position is full time Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:00 and Friday 7:30-12:00.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
