Tumwater Office is seeking qualified individual for Front Desk and HVAC organizer.
Our office is very family like, we enjoy working together, we are looking for a up beat, can do it type of person. We will train if your the right fit.
We are seeking an individual that can handle constant interruptions, prioritize duties, team player, is highly organized, works well in fast paced environment and great at time management. Multi Task is a definite for this job.
Daily Duties will include
Answering phones on a multiple line system. Transferring calls to the correct person, taking messages, and scheduling leads. Helping the HVAC department schedule jobs, take payments, create invoices, work with sales people.
Entering daily logs into excel compiling for daily report.
Taking credit card payments from customers over the phone.
Filing completed job folders, payables and other files as necessary.
Greeting walk in customers, handling some over the counter sales when needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Office experience is a plus, but willing to train a great candidate.
Must be Computer literate.
As you will be working in multiple programs.
Outlook, Google Calendar, Word, Excel, ESC, QuickBooks and Multiple types of printers.
