Front Desk/Night Auditor Job at Fairfield Inn & Suites
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with checking guests in and out of our hotel and for answering customer questions about local attractions, restaurants, and cultural activities. This is our overnight Night Audit position and consists of shifts from the hours of 11pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct customers to the appropriate destination.
- Answer and route incoming calls and requests.
- Create, update, and maintain customer information.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers, coworkers, supervisors and management.
- Learn about company's services, rates and policies.
- Train new employees.
- Solve technical problems through troubleshooting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
