Front Desk Assistant Job at Hope Valley Country Club
- Providing immediate attention to all members and guests upon entry.
- Maintaining positive attitude with all staff and members.
- Answering the phone with the proper greeting and communicating in a polite and effective manner.
- Entering club expenses in the Expense Tracker.
- Adding and updating member information.
- Serving as point of contact for member billing and account questions.
- Assisting with member dues and billing.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Membership Director
- Social Media postings and responses
- Club calendar updates and scheduling
- Website audits and updates
- Club communications; daily, weekly and monthly
- Setting up member dining reservations and event reservations
- Assisting with club events, setup, breakdown and details
- Ordering supplies for all departments.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- The ability to read, write, and execute basic math skills.
- Must be a self-starter and have self-motivation.
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.

- Spend time making repetitive motions such as typing.
- Lift up to 25+ lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
