Front Desk Agent Job at Wingate by Wyndham
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Greet and check guests in and out of stay.
- Prepare opening and closing reports.
- Answers incoming telephone calls.
- Cancels, and confirms reservations.
- ETA calls, return voicemails, check, and return emails.
- Processes payments.
- Confers with staff members to assist guests as needed.
- Handles guest complaints or concerns.
- Work closely with housekeeping, guest services and maintenance for property/guest issues.
- Maintain and fill coffee/water station.
- Keep desk and lobby area tidy and clean.
- Good communication skills with co-workers, management, and other departments.
- Other duties as required.
- Continued training and department meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
