Title of Position: Patient Services Representative

Position Type: Full Time (40hrs)/ Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $33,280-$37,440 annually

Location: Centennial. Must be willing to work at any location as needed

Description of Responsibilities: The job description and responsibilities are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position. Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by the department manager.

Front desk team members are of vital importance to our office. Some of their job duties include greeting patients in a caring and courteous manner, assist patients in checking-in or checking-out for their appointment, schedule patient appointments , and navigate the computer system to input proper patient demographic information.

Qualifications

• possess a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• possess the ability to work primarily at the CENTENNIAL, CO office location, but must be willing to work at any CEP location as needed. Mileage reimbursement offered!
• have excellent communication skills; written and oral
• able to type at least 45 wpm
• are comfortable working in a child-friendly environment
• can work independently, and as part of a team.
• have excellent communication and customer service skills; English is primary language used to communicate within the office.
• have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• have knowledge of and experience with word processing software, and the ability to learn NextGen (EHR) database software.
